DIRECT MELTING KETTLES
The largest direct fired kettle available holds a capacity for 100 gallons of direct fired sealant. This unit allows the contractor to increase the amount of material being melted without upgrading to a larger oil jacketed kettle. This unit comes with a single 3,500lb axle with electric brakes and breakaway kit. Material is heated with a 300,000 BTU propane burner and comes with a single propane bottle holder, propane hose & regulator.

- Each melter is manufactured with a 12 GA steel vat and is leak tested before it leaves our factory.
