Features
- Manufactured with minimum 10 GA steel, fully welded and constructed of heavy duty 6” channel and gusseted in locations for safety and strength.
- Engineered efficient hot airflow means quicker heat up time and less consumption of fuel!
- Agitator has forward and rear drawing ability which blends the mastic materials better due to the ability to move mastic, not just lifting it from the bottom of the material vat as competitive units do.
- Easy access to burner, engine, fuel and hydraulic reservoirs for maintenance purposes.
- Overnight heaters keep material warm and reduce daily start-up time.
- Lower loading height of materials decreases operator fatigue and makes it safe and easy for operators to load material into the tank without having to step up on trailer.
- The heated delivery chute pivots from side to side (greater pouring radius) and chute keeps materials hot while flowing out of the unit for easy mastic applications.
- Tool heater is generous enough to get larger application tools in and out.
