Designed to mix heavier, thicker, and denser mastic materials, the Helix Auger System allows you to dispense mastic material easily at a consistent rate. This allows for wider repairs using a 4' drag box that is pulled behind the trailer.
Features
- Oil-Jacketed auger keeps material hot while dispensing mastic and pulls material out of the melter, without clogging.
- Control the flow of mastic at an easy and consistent rate, dispensing material in a uniform width.
- Manufactured with minimum 10 GA steel, fully welded, and constructed of heavy duty 6” channel and gusseted in locations for safety and strength.
- Engineered efficient hot airflow means quicker heat up time and less consumption of fuel!
- A safe, low-loading height designed to reduce operator strain and improve efficiency during loading of material.
- Agitation & auger system both feature forward pushing and rear drawing ability, allowing greater blending of all mastic materials rather than lifting it from the bottom of the material vat as competitor units do.
- Overnight heaters help maintain heat transfer oil temperature, keeping material warm and reducing daily heat-up time.
- Large tool heater allows easy insertion and removal of all mastic tools and boxes required for the job!
