A: We have limited stock on smaller pieces of equipment, it
is best to call in and order your equipment in advance.
Q: Can you customize equipment?
A: We have many different options when it comes to
equipment. You can select options that are tailored to your job requirements or that
are specific to the type of work you do.
Q: Where is your equipment manufactured?
A: We manufacture all equipment at our facility located in
Burlington, ON Canada
Q: What makes you different than other manufacturers?
A: We pride ourselves in manufacturing heavy-duty, long
lasting equipment, tailored to each customer’s specific needs. We source well made,
heavy duty components for our equipment to ensure longevity. None of our equipment
is made offshore and everything comes fully assembled. Our customers can still
purchase replacement components for equipment that was manufactured in the 1970’s!
Q: How long does your equipment last?
A: Our goal is to have our standard spec products available
for immediate delivery. There are certain times of year or special option needs that
would require a factory order. Please consult with our sales team for information
regarding factory order scheduling.
Q: Do you rent equipment?
A: Marathon equipment does not rent equipment, although our
sales team will be able to help you find a dealer in our network that do rent and
service our machines.
Q: Do you offer financing for your equipment?
A: Yes, we have partnered up with RCAP Financial and we are
able to process applications to see if customers are eligible for financing.
Q: I’m located in the US, can I still get parts?
A: Yes! We have an in house courier that we ship parts to
all over the world! We also have trucking services and air freight availability to
get any parts or equipment to you, as fast & cost effective as possible!
