27hp Crack Router with Dust Collection
Dust collection routing is the safest way to route cracks in pavement. The efficient dust collection system runs off the 27HP Kohler motor keeping dust and debris out of the air. As the industry looks to improve safety standards, dust collection may be an essential addition to your operation.
10 gal Direct Fired Asphalt Melter
The DF10W is a walk behind hot pour crack filler melter and dispenser. Equipped with an 80,000 BTU propane fired hand torch, the melter comes with everything you need to start crack sealing. This unit is commonly used in tandem with a larger gravity pour kettle such as a UCMK to apply material on any pavement surface.
30 gal Direct Fired Asphalt Melter
The DF30 is a 30 a gallon crack sealant melter with a gravity pour valve for dispensing into an applicator. This unit is a perfect size for utility trailer and can speed up a crack filling job. The DF30 has an air jacket, which means direct fired sealants are required.
100 gal Direct Fired Asphalt Melter
The largest air jacketed kettle, the DF100PT melts and agitates up to 100 gallons of direct fired crack filling material. Designed to be paired with a DF10W walk behind dispenser or pouring cone, the DF100PT will take your crack filling capabilities to the next level.
Hot Air Lance
The Marathon Hot Air Lance is a high velocity lance that will easily dry moisture from the pavement. Heating and cleaning the cracks in preparation of crack sealing allows for more sealant to bond to the surface of the crack. This will reduce the chances of vehicle traffic pulling the sealant from the pavement, extending the life of your repair.
180 gal Melting Kettle with Electrically Heated Hose and Wand
This asphalt crack sealing kettle uses an electrically heated hose to melt and apply blacktop crack filler effortlessly. The oil jacket surrounding the material vat ensures fast and even heating through the material. The 180-gallon material vat is ideal for large parking lots and municipal crack sealing jobs.
270 gal Melting Kettle with Electrically Heated Hose and Wand
This asphalt crack sealing kettle uses an electrically heated hose for effortlessly and quickly applying crack sealant to roadways. The oil jacket surrounding the material vat ensures fast and even heating through the material. The 270-gallon material vat is ideal for municipal roads and highway crack sealing jobs.
370 gal Melting Kettle with Electrically Heated Hose and Wand
Marathon’s gravity pour kettle is equipped with an oil jacket that encases the material vat to ensure even heat distribution and insulate any hot rubber material. The melted rubber is dispensed into a material applicator such as a pouring cone or DF10W. A 370-gallon kettle is ideal for high production crack filling operations.

370 gal Gravity Pour Melting Kettle
Marathon's entry level oil jacketed gravity poured dispensing kettle. The UCMK has an oil vat that wraps around the material vat to both insulate the material and reduce heat up times and ensure material is heated gently and evenly. The material is dispensed into an material applicator such as a pouring cone or DF10W. The 370-gallon material vat is an ideal size for asphalt crack sealing on roads and highways.
115 gal Under Fired Hot Tack Kettle
Marathon's KEB115PT provides a fast and reliable means of heating and applying petroleum derived asphalt cement through a gravity pour valve. This model is heated by an efficient propane burner with an assisted safety shut off valve. This machine is commonly used for any project that requires additional liquid asphalt such as AC-20 on site for bonding purposes.
260 gal Under Fired Hot Tack Kettle
Marathon's under fired hot tack kettle provides a fast and reliable means of heating and applying liquid asphalt cement such as AC-20. It also has an optional power spray system that can be used to distribute liquid asphalt cement to create a strong bond on a newly paved seam.
500 gal Under Fired Hot Tack Kettle
Marathon's largest under fired hot tack kettle provides a fast and reliable means of heating and applying liquid asphalt cement. The KEB500 is available in both propane and diesel fired models. It also has an optional power spray system that can be used to distribute liquid asphalt cement to create a strong bond on a newly paved seam.

This portable sprayer is designed to dispense waterproofing and foundation coatings from an external container such as a barrel or a tote. Equipped with a 100' hose and 5' spray wand, the operator can navigate through a construction site with ease.
70 gal Power Asphalt Sprayer
The PAS70G has been designed perfectly for spraying residential driveways. The PAS70 was specifically designed to fit under the Tano cover of a pickup truck. The machine comes with everything you need and has 70 Gallons of capacity this machine, more than enough material to spray multiple driveways.
115 gal Power Asphalt Sprayer
The PAS115 is capable of transporting and applying foundation coatings for waterproofing and concrete primers. Using a light 5' spray wand with 100' high pressure material hose, the operator can navigate around a work site with ease. The material tank holds 115 gallons of material.
